Your West Madison Utility District staff is always here to help you. Whether you need assistance with a bill or a question about your usage, we are here to serve you. Please call the office at 601-879-9718. If there is no one in the office, the telephone will automatically roll over to Utility Contractors, LLC, who handles WMUD's billing and repair requests. If there is no answer, please leave a message on the answering machine and someone will get back to you as soon as possible.
Utility Contractors, LLC has someone in the West Madison Utility District Office each month as follows:
1st through the 10th, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (closed noon to 1:00 p.m. for lunch)
11th through the 15th, 8:00 a.m. to noon
16th through the 20th, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (closed noon to 1:00 p.m. for lunch)
21st through the end of the month, 8:00 a.m. until noon
The above hours exclude holidays and weekends as the office will be closed during those times.
