We have partnered with Nexbillpay to extend an additional payment option for customers interested in using their check, debit card or credit card to pay their bill. Nexbillpay is a trusted third party automated payment service that allows you to pay your bill online.

What is the service fee?

• Nexbillpay charges a small service fee to cover payment handling and all processing charges. Service fee will be calculated and disclosed prior to finishing your payment.

• Does West Madison Utility District keep any part of the service fee? West Madison Utility District does not keep any part of the Nexbillpay service fee. Nexbillpay is a separate entity providing a service for all the customers of West Madison Utility District.

How do I use this service?

Customers will need the following to pay their bill:

1.The account number (located on your billing statement).

2.Your payment method: check, debit card or credit card.

Payment By Mail

If paying by check or money order through the mail, please send all payments with your payment coupon. To avoid late fees, please mail your payment at least five-seven business days before the due date specified on your bill. 

Payment At Office

You may pay your bill in person at our office at 443 Livingston Vernon Road, Flora, MS 39071. We accept check or money orders. To avoid longer wait times, please note that Mondays, Fridays and the first day after a holiday are normally very busy.  If the office is not open, there is a convenient drop box for you to place your payment.

Pay By Telephone

• If your service is disconnected or scheduled to be disconnected within 48 hours, do not use this service. Please pay your bill at our office.
• Pay your bill over the phone 24/7.
• You will need your Customer/Account Number and balance due from your printed billing statement in order to make a payment over the phone. If you don't have your billing statement handy, you may request your Customer Account
